Associate Professor Chris Marble, in collaboration with Professor Laura Warner @UFAEC, is leading research with a $1 million grant from @USDA_NIFA to address labor challenges in the nursery industry.
We've received $1 million from @USDA_NIFA to lead research and development to tackle the labor challenges faced by the nursery industry. For the project, @UFMREC faculty will evaluate automation equipment while @UFAEC faculty will study people's feelings and fears related to automation.
