To people who've seen this graphic ⬇️and inclined to believe it. Here are a couple of things you should know first. None of these "global cooling" are about global cooling. Not one! This is bullshit. Here's why. (See tweets below) #climatebrawl #globalcooling

@DeeWaynee94 @16thGhostBuster Ok my dad was a Christian. When he was dying, he'd broken his hip, had renal failure which led to multiple strokes. He knew his time had come. And he was totally at peace with it because he was going to his maker. I'm atheist, but I wouldn't make statements like that

@DeeWaynee94 @16thGhostBuster I have to agree with @16thGhostBuster here. You can't make over simplistic blanket statements about large groups of people like that

@TatabusaR @VinnieJones325 @AgainstAtheismX They are the product of a large brain which we developed as our speciality. It's literally our survival mechanism. We aren't fast or strong, we don't have built in weapons like claws or big teeth but our brain has allowed us to take over the planet. That's the survival strategy

@TatabusaR @VinnieJones325 @AgainstAtheismX You don't need wisdom to know that these statements in the bible are contradictory So how can you claim objective morality if the objective morality contradicts itself?

@TatabusaR @VinnieJones325 @AgainstAtheismX Yes we would. But our emotions are not a product of survival of the fittest

@TatabusaR @VinnieJones325 @AgainstAtheismX Another example Most people agree abortion is bad. But if it's in a medical context like the fetus is unviable or dead and can end up killing the mother as well then is abortion actually bad So then can you make a blanket statement about abortion?

@TatabusaR @VinnieJones325 @AgainstAtheismX Survival of the fittest is a mechanism in biology not a morality You're trying to compare apples and rocks

@TatabusaR @VinnieJones325 @AgainstAtheismX In the new testament you have Jesus directly contradicting that "You have heard that it was said, ‘Eye for eye, and tooth for tooth.’ But I tell you, do not resist an evil person. If anyone slaps you on the right cheek, turn to them the other cheek also." Which one is objective

@TatabusaR @VinnieJones325 @AgainstAtheismX So you believe But I'm not asking you what you believe. I'm asking you how you know.

@TatabusaR @VinnieJones325 @AgainstAtheismX Nothing. My moral standard is my moral standard When people have societal moral standards then it's because the personal moral standards are based on social, political and religious norms The same goes for you btw

@TatabusaR @VinnieJones325 @AgainstAtheismX Yeah but how do you know this is indeed god's morality and not just what some delusional Hebrews said?

@TatabusaR @VinnieJones325 @AgainstAtheismX How do you know it's an objective standard and not just what some Jews thought 4000 years ago? If a moral standard is objective then why can't everyone see it for themselves? And if it's objective then why don't all Christians have the exact same morality?

@TatabusaR @VinnieJones325 @AgainstAtheismX That's right. It's impossible for anyone with reason and logic and an understanding of the real world and development of morality to believe in an absolute standard of morality

@TatabusaR @VinnieJones325 @AgainstAtheismX Neither do you. You've adopted the morals of Hebrews in the bronze age and then claim that morality is objective because you believe in the claims made by the holy book with a talking snake

@ryanschatz @MrCalebGrant @Mesocortical @SpringSteps @ImJackFrank @paulogia0 No, god made light in the bible. That means god is not the light and the light is separate from god
