Very excited to share our recent discovery of PLA2G15 as a lysosomal BMP hydrolase whose targeting ameliorates lysosomal disease. We establish the rules that govern BMP catabolism, a key lipid implicated in multiple neurodegenerative diseases and lysosomal disorders @abu_remaileh
