Guys I need your prayers. My Dad went into cardiac arrest this morning and has passed. I was doing compressions for 20mins until the ambulance arrived but ultimately it wasn't enough. Shocked and devastated. I love you Dad.

Had some bad news whilst on the course today, my poor cat Stella was fatally hit by a car. She was 15 and had lived a great life but it's still hard to take. What a shitty couple of yrs losing both parents and now the family cat. RIP Stella x
