@NOtherDev Hi Adam, the application registration process is not related to the review process. We have been experiencing an issue to be fixed shortly prventing error messages from displaying when creating an application. The most common reason is that the app name is already in use.

@PokeErezMC Sorry we didn't respond sooner. Application names must be unique and it is most likely the case that "Labels" is taken. We are currently experiencing an issue preventing error messaging from displaying properly. In the meantime we suggest trying a new name.
