Dear Son & daughter, Don't listen to anything that contains a short statement "You can't make it!" Those are assumptions, you have to make it a declaration. Those, my dear, are merely the feeble assumptions of pedestrian minds—minds that lack the vision, the audacity, and the unyielding determination to pursue their own aspirations with unrelenting passion! And of course, I don't think that's the route you wish to take. Make solemn declarations to yourself: "I CAN make it!" "I WILL succeed!" "I AM capable!"

Nyaka Vocational Secondary School has emerged as the top-performing school in Kanungu District in the recently released Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) results. With an impressive 44% of the 44 students scoring A & B, the school has set a new academic benchmark in the region. Even more remarkable, 100% of the students passed, qualifying for the UCE certificate that enables them to advance to the next level of education. If I were asked to say something to young men & women chasing their dreams, it won't be about anything but 'believing in their small beginnings'. Everything big now had a starting point. A starting point that was doubted by many, but trusted only by the owner of the idea. If your idea gets a unanimous thumbs up from everyone right from the start, it's probably not as groundbreaking as you think. Either it's not new or innovative, or it's just not bold enough to cause any real excitement or controversy. Restructure if you can!
