@horrormuseum I'm not a big user of amazon, but that's a brilliant touch. πŸ‘πŸ‘

@stephenwilson04 @SkinTrader2 Couldn't agree more. Paramount certainly won't be getting my dosh for this one.

@SkinTrader2 Absolutely mental. I saw someone talking about that, too. They were going to stick with the uncut Blu-ray. Think I need to pick it up while I still can.

@SkinTrader2 Blimey, I never knew The Untouchables was another victim of that silliness.😲

Going with another 'nature runs amok' film for tonight. This time the threat comes from South America instead of Down Under. Don't think I've ever seen this particular killer bee flick, so hoping it's an undiscovered (to me) gem...🎬🐝 #NotTheBees 🐝

Finally got around to my double-bill of Aussie killer critters this weekend. Still absolutely love BOAR, with it's fantastic cast and (mainly) practical FX. RIPPY also has a really good cast & some nice, bloody kills - I just wish it had less CGI for the renegade 'roo. πŸ‡¦πŸ‡ΊπŸŽ¬πŸ¦˜πŸ—

Just back from seeing Companion at @savoycinemasuk Nottingham and thought it was great. Fabulous work from Sophie Thatcher and a really fun film. If you can, see it without watching the trailer first (not easy, I know).πŸ“½οΈπŸ‘πŸ‘

@HunkyKubrick @Robin_Bougie πŸ’― I reckon folks like her and Kim Newman have forgotten more about films than I've ever even known.πŸŽ¬πŸ‘πŸ‘

@HunkyKubrick @Robin_Bougie Definitely. She came to Nottingham for a screening and was lucky to meet her and get House of Psychotic Women signed.

@SkinTrader2 Ooh, nice!! That film's always evaded me (as has Laserblast), I keep meaning to get that Blu-ray from Umbrella...πŸŽ¬πŸ‘πŸ‘

@HunkyKubrick Poor Ms. Fonda, sandwiched between a vampiric Walken and the Baseball Furies... but that's a great stack of viewing, matey!! πŸŽ¬πŸ‘πŸ‘

I think it's fabulous that Fred Olen Ray's 16mm Auricon camera that was used to shoot EVIL SPAWN was loaned to Quentin Tarantino to shoot HIS first film, back in '87, and had previously been used by Chris Condon on PRISON GIRLS 3D. (Article pinched from Fred's facebook page).🎬πŸŽ₯

@SkinTrader2 @CNKellerbach And with Jim Wynorski behind the camera, that pretty much makes it a must-see, I reckon. This is supposed to pinch a lot of stuff from Carnosaur 1 +2, I'm hopefully going to check it out over the weekend.
