On Monday, Feb 10, a repaving project on 6th from Drexel to Valencia is scheduled to begin. Crews will begin with utility work for about 3 weeks. Flaggers will be on-site directing travel around the work areas. Milling/paving is scheduled to begin in early March. Expect Delays.

On Saturday, January 25th, our Streets Maintenance Crews will be repairing potholes on E. Irvington Road from S. Kolb Road to S. Houghton Road. Work is scheduled from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm Expect delays while work is taking place, flaggers will be on-site to help direct traffic.

In May 2022, Tucson voters approved Prop 411 #TucsonDelivers Better Streets, a 10-year program to improve every neighborhood street in the City. To date, 25% of Tucson's streets have been improved or are under construction. Thank you, Tucson voters! 🔗

With freezing temperatures in the forecast, DTM crews are initiating Operation Freeze & are scheduled to spray bridge decks beginning this afternoon! This safety initiative is put in place to make sure bridges are free of ice and safe for motorists. Stay warm & slow down 🥶

Traffic Alert: Westbound Speedway Blvd from Goebel Ave (west of Cmo Seco to Sarnoff Drive is closed to travel due to a water line break. No estimated time on when WB Speedway will reopen.

Winterhaven Festival of Lights ends on Sat, Dec 28! Expect heavy crowds and remember: 🚶🏼 Reduce your speed and watch for pedestrians 👮🏼‍♀️ Obey traffic control directed by law enforcement officers 🚦 Stop at HAWK crossings when the signal is activated
