@teddyhawley @Nate_Podey OG advice completely off topic. Make sure they want to, my 13 yo son is all in, 11 yo girl wants nothing to do with hoops and 9 yo is a dancer. And I’m good with that!

@Nate_Podey It’s been done recently in spurts very effectively by the Raptors, Celts, and Warriors, but I’m talking amateur and lower levels where it’s more coaching than athletic ability.

@Nate_Podey Because it’s easier to yell “Stay with your man!” than learn how to really guard with position, communication and hands. People are afraid of what they don’t know, and many people don’t know how to play against a zone. 😳
