Jesus is the word, and the word is God (You). If you don’t believe in Jesus, then it means you don’t believe in the word, therefore you don’t believe in yourself. “Flesh and blood” as mentioned here, simply refers to Jesus- The Word. Now, meat and bread can be eaten, but is expunged from our bodies shortly afterwards. The only food which doesn’t get wasted from us, but makes us grow eternally (eternally meaning for the rest of your life on earth) is The Word, which Jesus calls his ‘flesh and blood’, which is basically God (You). It is a call to Self-Belief through the words of awakening, the words of truth that pumps your belief (faith) in God (Yourself). When you’ve consumed (eaten) those words, then you will be awakened on the last day. The Last Day is the last day of your spiritual death- the last day of numbness and obliviousness to the words of awakening. ‘Spiritual’ is just a religious way to describe mental energies which are all present in the 4th dimension. The 4th Dimension according to religion is the spiritual world, but that world (4th Dimension) is basically in The Mind. So don’t let the word ‘spiritual’ confuse you.
