@newsjunkie0214 @Mistie_Mo It could very well be that, yes. But, at the same time, the rope is inevitable as long as she continues acting the way she has. So, both could be accurate. I've heard to expedite someone between states is expensive, so it wouldn't surprise me if that was the reason.
