Hi, Dakota. Thanks for reaching out to our Twitter Team to share your feelings. When a transaction posts doesn't have much at all to do with Online Banking, but instead is related to when the merchant sends us the finalized transaction. After you make the transaction, while waiting for the final authorization, you'll see the item "Pending," so that it reflects in your Available Balance. In some cases, a transaction may "fall off" and not show reflected if the merchant does not send the finalized transaction in a timely manner. We suggest that you maintain a transaction register - that way, you can simply deduct the amount you have spent from the amount you have deposited and know what your true balance is - even if a merchant is dragging their feet a bit. We apologize for any confusion or frustration this caused you, and we'll be sure to share your opinions with our leadership.
