@borntosolo So True. My nephew was recently hit by an illegal in the metro. Not a word of English but apparently can read road signs🙄 Car was totaled. Illegal had no insurance.

@Seanlane398226 Exactly. Just like when children are assaulted in school, most parents do not know they can bypass the schools and go directly to law enforcement to file assault charges or get a no contact order.
