It's happening everywhere. I've met Serbian drivers in United States who told me they were taught to drive in two (2) days & not taught to park, that's why they park on the shoulders. They drive 16 hours a day disregarding @FMCSA regulations & no one doing anything about it.

My boyfriend encountered a herd of wild horses last weekend and one had a broken leg and needed to be put down but he was afraid he would get in trouble if he did it because he was on federal lands. I got in trouble once for giving water to a Manatee. 😔
The only reason humans should ever approach a wild animal is because they need help. Thank you for being kind enough to help this wild horse foal.
