its been a while but alot has happened, the best part of my life has begun, my daughter was born may 31st at 6:50 PM, weighing 8 pounds 12 ounces, with a head full of hair, and a strong heart. i am more than blessed and happy!

@EndraEX3 only part of the team works in Russia the rest is based in London, I'm not sure how it all makes sense anymore if Russia the issue move your employees to the base of operations if they refuse to move then you look for new dedicated employees.
