@Ayjchan So each of Harvard, Stanford, EcoHealth Alliance (had to do it), UConn etc, they all individually negotiate what *their* indirect % rate is with NIH. Right?

@Ayjchan I’m not even fighting you on the biosafety staff, but if Harvard is telling you that they need a new HR and legal person for each 40 people they’re adding as employees, well that’s a blatant lie
