In 2023, the second year skipper guided the Roughriders to a Carter Cup championship.

This will be awarded to a high school senior at the annual Hall of Fame event in November.

Chris Rollins came within one out of throwing a no-hitter. Vinny Sangataldo singled with two outs in the seventh to break up the bid.
