More HS hitters today would benefit with presetting their posture in their stance. Pete is a little extreme but if you struggle to get into a good launch position it would be beneficial for some to preset their posture.
Throw up a hand if you remember when almost every Sports Illustrated cover was a work of art suitable for framing.

IMO swing adjustability is the ability to start on time for the FB, pitch recognize, and then buy time for offspeed without killing your rhythm.
