I would add that this is driving medical students out of lecture halls as well.
The only way to keep up with this trend is to do anki and use outside resources — they are more concise and efficient.
That’s very unfortunate for the lecturers invited to teach us.
For the 2021-2022 academic year, the *average* USMLE Step 2 CK score for first-time test-takers from U.S. medical schools was 247.

As a first-gen in medicine, it breaks my heart that my dad can't have the honor to hood me during my med school graduation. My success is very much his and I know how much this would mean to him.
I'm not sure what kind of message it sends that this honor only goes to doctorates.
