@Dynamo8765 @Bitnik9k @kellyinvegas Do you provide context or just a link to a tweet with a bunch of names? What is your claim? I am not defending any of it, but there is a legal process to follow. Checks and balances.

@Dynamo8765 @Bitnik9k @kellyinvegas Elon isn't allowed to "stop the faucet". This is money approved by Congress. That is why a judge stopped it. Elon just claims any funding he doesn't like is necessarily "fraud".

@BexWords @nonlinear_james @shea_jordan Exactly. People think musk tweeting "some payment I think is dumb is fraud!" Is somehow transparency.

@JJennings317 @shea_jordan @elonmusk All he does is claim "fraud" on X for any payment he doesn't like. How is that transparent or authentic?

@DaBeej7928 @planterspunch7 @kellyinvegas Elon tweeting "XYZ is fraud!" Is not transparency. Fraud to him is payments that he thinks are bad. But if they are appropriated by Congress then they aren't fraud. If you don't like what Congress spends money on then vote them out.

@Dynamo8765 @Bitnik9k @kellyinvegas Then vote them out. That is why we have a democracy rather than a dictatorship.

@realmason1204 @Bitnik9k @kellyinvegas If you aren't fine with it, the process is to have Congress not spend money on it. Not some random appointed billionaire saying to stop payments that he doesn't have authority over.

@mrholty1 @ggreenwald Sure, but Glenn just claims it is the worst case scenario for no reason when there are a lot of things that could have changed Bernie's opinion in 9 years. Not very charitable reporting.

@RobertMLeonard3 @kyledcheney Also, it is based on constitutionality. Maybe you should try reading it. "In addition, Defendantsā actions appear to suffer from infirmities of a constitutional magnitude. The appropriation of the governmentās resources is reserved for Congress, not the Executive Branch."

@RobertMLeonard3 @kyledcheney But wait, I thought you said federal judges didn't have any power to tell the president to do anything. Which one is it?

@RobertMLeonard3 @kyledcheney Idiot. A federal judge blocked it. Judges from Georgia, Kansas, and Missouri for different parts at different times. Should Biden have just ignored it and gone through with it? Or should he have stopped and appealed it to the supreme Court?

@ClemsonBigJohn @Hmc181456 @kyledcheney So you disagree with a judge stopping Biden from forgiving student loan debt then?

@RobertMLeonard3 @kyledcheney You are completely wrong. Ever heard of "checks and balances"? Or should the judge that stopped Biden from doing student loan forgiveness be arrested for treason too?
