This study evaluated letermovir for cytomegalovirus (CMV) prophylaxis in alemtuzumab-treated allogeneic #HSCT patients. Results showed reduced CMV risk and lower chronic #GVHD incidence within 100 days, with no impact on survival or acute GVHD rates.
