🧵ONLINE ANIMAL ABUSE PSA🧵
1. if u ever see a video of a rabbit where there’s strawberries or pineapples or some fruit stuck onto a little tree.. or any baby animal in some set-up that seems a lil too cute to be real, they’re likely abused & breed specifically for viral videos.
2. if u see a page/channel that posts ONLY baby animals & it’s been posting the same or similar baby animals for months/years & they never seem to grow up.. the titles/videos seem super click-baity/unrealistic & they have no explanation on who runs the page.. LITERAL CONTENT FARM
4. another red flag for bunny videos specifically is when u see a bunny stuck on it’s back (kinda stiff or curled up).
it’s called trancing. here’s some info on it. i’ve seen a lot of those sketchy viral videos do this. (plz note: they can eat while in this state).
3. if u see a page where they post tons of different animals where there’s no credit to where they found them & they’re advertising random products under the posts.. report them for stolen property & spam.
not only are they thieves, but they inadvertently support content farms!!
