As self employed individuals, traders really need to have a backup/retirement plan. I have invested in farmland for years and continue to buy more income producing land. If my trading accounts blew up tomorrow, I would never have to work again, only because of my backup plan.

Stick with a trading plan that works for YOU and do not change your trading plan or method because you see a few big P/L screenshots from other traders. Trading is about growth and adapting and we all "get to the next level" in our time.

Study your winning trades, study your losing trades, figure out the patterns within yourself. Why do some setups consistently make you money while others consistently lose. Find your niche and what works for YOU! What works for some may not work for you, that’s ok.

For me I got started just studying charts and patterns and thousands of them. You will learn these patterns repeat themselves over and over again, with some minor changes. You will also learn the way the markets act at different times of the year.

My account was reading $40k once the price hit $36 at yesterday open. Never have I had that much money in front of me. I didn't sell. Been holding since January and I won't sell till I'm looking at $100k+/share. Enjoy the long weekend. Next week will be mind blowing.

So far Feb 2020 is one of my best if not my best month trading ever. Crazy thing is my borrow fees equal just 1% of my total profits. In a normal month these can be closer to 15-20%. Gotta love when etb and high float stocks are running. Big savings!

$GME trend and momo are broken and imo it’s a short on pops until we go back sub 100. I think in 4-6 weeks it settles around 50-70 a share. A few months after that back to 30-40.

It really doesn’t matter where you want to invest your cash.... stocks, bonds, land, real estate ect, just make sure you have a nest egg set aside for that “black swan” that could be lurking. The black swan could also include burnout/stress that forces you to retire

I believe it’s important for traders to re-invest their profits outside their day trading accounts. Obviously some traders, trade just to make a living and get by and others are blessed with a good bonus and extra profits.

We got a nice 100% intraday pop today from 75-150 and where did we close, near lods. Once these momo squeezers are done they are nearly impossible to hold a rally anymore.
