@GoTickets I am so angry! Paid $160 for a parking pass so my 18yo daughter could park at BMOStadium safely. She arrived, they wouldn’t let her turn, told her the parking lot we paid for was FULL and has to park offsite. UNSAFE!!! When I call you tell me NO REFUND?! UNACCEPTABLE!

@AmericanAir 2 nights ago, like an idiot, I left my laptop & ipad on plane, took a couple hours to realize & then panic came. Call from AA that they found it and were holding it was an answer to prayer & they made extra effort to get it back to m. MOD Jacqui Edwards is my hero!!

@Budget Yes. I know. But then a new reservation was made (the one that was active on my app the whole time that I showed you in last mssg) and, while 4 agents couldn’t find it, 2 did & the last one promised all was good. If you have records you’ll see I called 6x. A total mess for us.

@Budget Better- here’s the conf# as appears RIGHT NOW on app. 4 of 6 agents I spoke to could never find it. But last one assured me it was & that, even though it said pickup at 9:59pm, she’d enter my flight info so car would be ready at 1:00am. Nope. No one to even talk to at that time.

I called legislators, wrote letters/emails, called union...as did hundreds/thousands & the vast majority of freelancers were left out of the discussion. Twitter’s not for long conversation, so dig into FB groups to get a full pic if really interested

@LorenaSGonzalez @BrandonHarami I realize that. But when people feel they aren’t being heard, or their livelihoods are at risk if they speak out against, say, a union, then they may try anything to be heard. Not all “anonymous tweeters” are “not real people”.
