Make time!
Don't discount the power of a quick home workout.. I usually do 30 mins 3 to 4 times a weel and it works (of course.. With healthy eating as much as possible.
Discipline is hard but worth it.

So - a year and 2 days ago I went to the beach as a single woman, and came back with hearts in my eyes after a handsome surfer ran after me and took my details.

Actually crazy to think that 4 years ago today was the first episode of Survivor Season 6 where I was a castaway in Phillipines.
It was so wild and difficult watching myself on TV but knowing that I lived out a lifelong dream.

CT changed my life ...sounds weird. But true. Things just felt so RIGHT since moving here.

When i was 5 & my sis 7 my single mom was struggling hard.We would play a game called the 'camping game' where,for a couple of nights we had to use candles & a small gas stove etc at home.
It was so much fun.
Later,I found out it was because the electricity had been turned off.
