Coaches want guys who are competitive day in and day out. I’d rather have a dude 84-85mph but pitches like he’s 94-95mph, then a guy whose 94-95 and wants out after 75 pitches. Want the ball and want to win. You want out after 75 pitches tells me your soft and not a winner.

I can honestly say that playing in Chatham was THE BEST 2 summers of my entire life. Not only on the bump, but off the field as well with a bunch of dudes who are playing on my TV. Some of them even played through injuries just to stay.
