Happy Heavenly Birthday Jackie!
Happy 106th birthday to the greatest Dodger of them all, the late, great Jackie Robinson. He was the original ROY, 1949 NL MVP, 6-time AS as a Dodger, 1955 WS champ, and HOFer but his impact goes so far beyond any numbers he put up or awards he won. The definition of a hero.

Happy belated birthday to Joey Amalfitano, such a key member of Tommy’s coaching staff.
Happy 91st birthday to Joey Amalfitano. Amalfitano enjoyed a 10-year MLB career but to Dodger nation, he is much more well known as the longtime 3rd base coach for Tommy Lasorda. He was a member of the Dodgers staff from 1983 to 1998 and earned a WS ring with the 1988 club.

"You ever see a batting practice pitcher drop dead? Men drop dead shovelling snow but not pitching batting practice.,That's why I pitch batting practice" Tommy Lasorda "A shake for breakfast, a shake for lunch, and a sensible dinner" "Statistics can be misleading. When Drysdale or Gibson pitched, for example, the other team never scored any runs, but when I pitched, they always scored runs." Lasorda on his 0-4 Major League pitching record

Happy Birthday to a legendary Dodger, Steve Garvey 🎂
Happy 76th birthday to the great Steve Garvey. Garvey is one of the biggest heroes to my generation of Dodger fans and a true Dodger legend - NL MVP, 8-time AS, 4-time GG, Roberto Clemente Award, NLCS MVP, and WS champ. Hope he’s having a very well deserved phenomenal day.

😂 Happy Birthday Doug. Lasorda Legacy.
Happy 76th birthday to Doug Rau. Rau was a really good pitcher during his 9 years with the Dodgers, winning 13+ games for 5 straight seasons. He also appeared in 3 WS with LA, including in 1977 when he had an infamous but entertaining exchange on the mound with Tommy Lasorda.

Happy Heavenly Birthday to 🇮🇹 🇺🇸 icon, Frank Sinatra.
One of the 20th century's most popular entertainers was born today in 1915. Given life in a tenement in Hoboken, New Jersey, Francis Albert Sinatra was the only child of Italian immigrants. He suffered a perforated eardrum at birth which never healed, and never learned to read music. But with tireless training--combined with a reverence for classical music--he became so musically astute that even trained musicians recognized his intimate understanding of the intricacies of music. He rose to stardom in the early 1940s. After a brief slump in the early 1950s, he went on to become one of America's most popular and prolific entertainers, racking up an impressive portfolio of work spanning studio albums, concerts, and Hollywood films. In addition to ~150M record sales (to date), over the span of his career Sinatra earned: 1 Oscar 2 Golden Globes 2 BAFTA Film Awards 11 Grammy Awards He also received several Lifetime Achievement Honors, a Kennedy Center Honor, and was named by TIME Magazine as one of the 20th century's most influential people. Happy birthday to the great Frank Sinatra...aka the Chairman of the Board 🎂

@NativeDncr Tommy passed away in ‘21. This is his (real and verified) family-run legacy account. But please keep those great memories intact. That’s what this account is for.
