@cinemaderien Appreciate the feedback and glad you liked the story. We actually made WTRG between March - June. Things have come along way since then, excited to reveal what else we’ve been up to - it might change your mind just a little on some things

@mrocchifilms Thanks Michele, we appreciate it! Honestly these numbers are encouraging - anti Ai sentiment was always going to be a large factor in analysing this. But having the likes outweigh it shows the general audience are mostly on board

@ColinLevy @robotmovieai @Forbes @CharlieFink Thank you! I still stand by what I said though. We worked our ass off to get that pipeline to function and so I think it’s important I stand by it. I genuinely appreciate the constructive conversation though, refreshing compared to the bulk that I’m getting

@ColinLevy @robotmovieai @Forbes @CharlieFink I appreciate what you’re trying to say, but your description is pretty inaccurate to what we did. The Ai isn’t the shortcut, it’s the main focus, and is propped up by traditional tools, @CharlieFink ‘s article is accurate. Not what you want to hear I know, but it is what it is

@ColinLevy @robotmovieai @Forbes … (2) What we tried to do here is port over all of our traditional vfx knowledge and figure out how we mesh it with Ai at every step. Internally we call this Synth Assisted Production, but that’s just a fancy way of saying everyone is using Ai along with their existing skill set

@ColinLevy @robotmovieai @Forbes We’re rolling out BTS stuff over the coming weeks. But yes, we do use GenAi within the film within pretty every single frame one way or another. From backgrounds, foregrounds, animation clean up, we used Ai for MoCap, for VoCap, for sound and music, it’s everywhere… (1)

@ColinLevy @robotmovieai @Forbes Hey Colin, honestly I take that as compliment. Although we got fairly close to a traditional look with the end film, the way we got there was anything but traditional. And you’re right, the fact that it also makes better press is also a bonus
