in game if you open you palette, the chips you have collected all fragments collected in a single run will have all three lights on top of it glow and a line coming out of it. if you finish the same tone of that colour, the bottom line links up (like the two next to my cursor)

this data can also be accessed by the nso app after you've connected to the internet after a run! there may be more than 5 fragments per chip, like the first and second chips below, (sorry it's in jp) so try to know what you want and how many there are before going into a new run

For references sake since it isn’t explicitly mentioned, the max number you ever need to hit all 3 lights is 5, so even for the few that cap out at 10, you never ever have to get that many (unless you want to go for full completion on the NSO app list)
