It’s ok to not enjoy a dish at a restaurant, sometimes we make mistakes, sometimes it’s not your taste. But getting up from your table, walking into the kitchen and telling the crew that we should be ashamed of ourselves is way 2 far. Never experienced anything like it in 25yrs

Around 11 months ago was the low point of this pandemic for me personally. There was a very distinct sense of panic and hopelessness that luckily subsided.
Right now things seem so much more uncertain than they did then sadly. Constant prep for the unknown is exhausting!
