I just read Moderna says it can brew up a new vaccine in 60 days to deal with the new variant. And there is some concern that prior infection might be less protective. They really won’t stop until they spawn a variant that escapes NI too. These people are sick.

Well actually, check that--it turns out that you are really only at risk of serious illness and death from Covid if you are older and unhealthy with multiple serious comorbidities. And the risks of some serious side-effects such as myocarditis in young men, are actually higher.
