My heart is so heavy at the loss of former teammate, friend, and Champion Tony Fernandez. My prayers go out to his wife and their entire family. I will never forget this man. He influenced my life in a positive way. He made everyone around him better. RIP my brother.

It was great having dinner and visiting with former teammate Rance Mullinicks from the 1992 World Series Toronto Blue Jays. I learned a lot from this guy growing up in the game. He was the master at preparation. He was the ultimate professional hitter.

I will be back in Yakima tonight to share the legacy of my father. The city of Mabton is building a park in my Fathers name and the Parker foundation is contributing a large sum of money at tonight’s special dinner. His legacy will live on forever. I love you Dad
