At showcase past weekend/talking to college coaches. My team is in the field/foul ball went over back stop. One of my players, he is recruiting was on the bench, took off after the foul ball immediately. Coach sez “That tells me all I need to know about him.” #ALWAYSWATCHINGYOU.

I know its been said before, but please travel coaches, have rosters at all games/events to give to college coaches. I don’t care if the organizer of the event has a packet. Make your own and have all your player’s info on them. BONUS- leave some room so we can make notes.

UNCOMMITTED-@JadynMartin2021 continually performs at such a high level. Dude hits, plays MIF at a high level, a rock on the mound all summer and fall. Wherever, this 4.0/1390 SAT kid ends up in college, they will be getting an outstanding player & young man. @pbrpennsylvania.
Had a blast with @GowagsTeams again. Had a few hits this weekend with a 330’ 🚀 double. Not the strongest of competition today but added 8 more K’s in 4IP. 0 runs, gave up 1 hit. Touched 84 but sat 80-81 today after a long week of soccer games. Now up to 23IP/48K.

I have coached young dudes, high school dudes, summer club teams, and now fortunate to coach college ball. Met with kids since day one away from practices and games. Never a penny. Never will. Do it for the love, helping anyway I can. That’s why we coach.
One of my players just told me he gets lessons from his high school baseball coach, yes he pays his high school coach to give him lessons @FHSAA how on earth is this allowed? I’m sickened by this abuse of power and borderline extortion.
