It’s a good job your platform’s getting smaller or else I’d be worried about you constantly giving air time to war crimes deniers.

Going to the security branch effectively means being arrested, possibly tortured and imprisoned. This means students with any association with the Revolution have lost their academic records Another way amongst millions Assad seeks to destroy the lives of those who opposed him.

Aleppo university under Assad regime is demanding that students who want any document regarding their academic life in the uni to go “personally” to security branches to get security clearance. This means the academic life of millions of refugees is suspended.

A stupid and inaccurate comparison to make. Victims of Putin should be making common cause.

Academics who engage in whitewashing of atrocities, participate in disseminating disinformation and use their position to intimidate and bully critics should have no place in academia. Kudos to @joeyayoub for taking a stand

Not sure what the context is supposed to supply here; that they were legitimate targets? That argument falls away when you see the videos of Hamas militants executing civilians

Kind of essential context for the 10/7 attack is that the kibbutzim (full of civilians) were built around the Gaza perimeter essentially as self-sustaining paramilitary infrastructure to occupy and defend it until formal forces arrived, until very recently armed by the IDF

And just and FYI, the reason there isn’t much TB2 footage is because the Turks won’t release it. TB2s have defeated Russian air defence on at least four different battlefields

There’s also been what appears to be an unusually high amount of catapults and parachutes not deploying properly, killing the pilots. This could be the result of poor maintenance, similar to what we’ve seen with Russian ground forces.

A Russian aircraft has been shot down over Kherson apparently, with two pilots ejecting. One parachute not working.

Trying to manufacture a direct link between foreign fighters who went to Bosnia and the transitional jihadism of today serves to retrospectively cast the conflict in terms of War on Terror rhetoric, a rubric beloved of today’s western left.

Hezbollah slaughtered Syrians for years, and the excuse given was that it was to enable them to continue the fight against Israel. Doesn’t seem like they’re doing much fighting 🤔
