Update as the boys settle in: today I went on a morning walk/jog and Baxter didn’t pace the house while I was gone. He feels secure enough that my absence doesn’t panic him.
This is a huge step forward as he feels like this is HIS home.

Baxter went in for his last two HW treatment shots this morning, & we’ll pick him up tomorrow afternoon. The next few weeks will be critical for him to remain exercise restricted while the worms die & are absorbed.
We just want our Baxxy -boo to be well. ❤️
