@EndWokeness @Law_of_Identity This could be important work, to be fair. Useful at least. But India and Benin should be doing it themselves. The American taxpayer doesn't owe this woman a paycheck so she can ride her hobby horse forever.

@admcollingwood @graemeburton Getting out of schools and getting out of London were the two best decisions I have ever made. Amputations ffs. ๐ฌ

I used to support a few big charities. Now I support two local nature charities instead. One of them is literally a single person helping to rehabilitate hedgehogs in their garden shed. I can at least feel confident that the money is used for what I think is important. Nobody is getting a 6 figure salary.

I wonder why ex-teachers like me would rather walk on broken glass than consider going back in a classroom ๐ค
Teachers are being knocked unconscious in school attacks. Some injuries even result in amputations. THREAD on our months-long investigation revealing the alarming levels of violence in schools ๐งต

@Lindy_Loo15 @PlasFron Didn't the GMC insist on a cap on the number of places at medical schools as well? We would have a lot more native doctors training if not for the fact that the numbers are deliberately suppressed.

@Clare97097915 One of the HR harpies was in my training group, and confirmed all of my prejudices against putting women in charge of anything.

The way she cackled when she was imagining flexing her administrative power over actually useful people, without a moment of consideration of what that does in the actual productive world where useful people operate. You can't imagine how much I despise this midwit nothing, who has such unearned power over my life.

@services34579 The case study was a sexual harassment incident, because of course. For her it was a clear him Vs her situation, she was on the warpath for the sisterhood. The idea that women are manipulative psychopaths was not allowed to intrude on the proceedings
