Great floor Ed from @GCSAA and @GCSAACEO closing was inspiring. ✈️ home disaster (stuck on tarmac for 3.5hrs, then pulled back to gate) total delay 9 hrs leading to red-eye flight to Boston. Felt I did my most networking after hours and in airport!!

Mon pm on the Midway was exciting. Wednesday am reception was rewarding to see but then the wait/rush to open packed trade show overwhelmed 1/2

With weather not on our side the plan was just 1 large ash tree removal before the winds picked up. Wind got us during cleanup but these guys gave it their all and completed the job.

@CourseCares @Nickmidds @doug_middleton @KCseaweed Utilized WindJammer on greens for 2 seasons in MA. The WJ actually lowered our wilt point by more than 6 points on our TDR readings. Allowed us to run much drier during the days before recouping at night. @ScotMacAtlantic

Went quiet on the platform for a while with job transition but it’s time to bring back some Blazer and new course posts.

Just started a new position & have a few covers. Looking at greens I don’t see situations where winter kill would be an issue. (+ surface drainage, poor soil drainage) Trying to determine how to decide if they go out or not

Just a couple more days at @wedgewoodpines then it’s off to #TheHaven. Morning cuts, a little sand topping of tees, and an infiltration spray on greens.

Excited for the next career adventure! Just shy of 9 years as Maintenance of Wedgewood course superintendent. Bittersweet but going to be a great move for the family and I.

2 week turnaround on 8 Hill and 18 Fairway extension. 10,000ft2 of sod to keep alive during a September drought. Guys doing amazing!! @wedgewoodpines

Already seeing good growth and recovery on our first weekend post aeration at @wedgewoodpines. I fully expect next wknd to be over 90% recovered & rolling beautifully. Roll only thru this wknd, collar/approach aeration Mon, then full force mowing to get us back in stride Tues.
