mostly agree but i dont think dropping penacony during BHM was intentional for the appropriation and the rewards feel motivated by different factors. Doesn't take away from the colorism though, hoyo has historically sucked with that :(

Fun fact, in role playing games the number 9 is commonly associated with "the limit" (stat limits tend to end with a 9, like lvl 99 or such similar). This is the final "Sparkle Showing" we see before Sparkle decides to "leave the stage". (1/2 but like not that much more)
