US federal health agencies (incl FDA, CDC, NIH) have been ordered to pause all external communications indefinitely however it's unclear from POTUS if this will include time sensitive updates for the public like outbreak info or food recall advisories

@OldHollowTree I totally understand the focus on manufacturing leaving, that is what happened. But the world has changed and brought us good jobs that can be done remotely. I think that could be a big answer to the question of how to allow folks to have a rewarding career from a small town.

@Biohazard3737 2. critically ill patients may not get nutrition for a while, but that's usually not the end of the world... not all are ready to metabolize incoming energy anyways. Plus, it's possible that 'eating' is a second-order effect vs 'damping inflammation' in improving cachexia
