@OldHollowTree I totally understand the focus on manufacturing leaving, that is what happened. But the world has changed and brought us good jobs that can be done remotely. I think that could be a big answer to the question of how to allow folks to have a rewarding career from a small town.

@Biohazard3737 2. critically ill patients may not get nutrition for a while, but that's usually not the end of the world... not all are ready to metabolize incoming energy anyways. Plus, it's possible that 'eating' is a second-order effect vs 'damping inflammation' in improving cachexia
