about Tim Pool which came out today is an absolute must-read. It contains some completely jaw dropping revelations based on previously unreleased recordings and interviews with people who’ve known Tim over the past decade.
This tweet is completely false. Tim Pool is either lying or lazy.
This year:
1. Uvalde Police general funding is UP almost $250k.
2. Uvalde police received a $532k grant from Governor Abbot.
3. Uvalde school district received $435k to strengthen security.
Yesterday Tim Pool and his podcast crew spent a whole 25-minute segment talking about the lastest Jacobin cover without a single one of them realizing it was satirical.
Thread: Over the past two months we watched over 330 Tim Pool videos and collected a list of every source he used and its political bias. Here is what we found:
Tim Pool comes out in opposition to the French Revolution saying the solution to a dictatorial monarch is for everyone to move to the middle of a forest.
Over the past 2 years, Tim Pool has made at least 167 videos about Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. In February, June and July 2019 he made a video about her almost every other day.
After an extremist militia (with at least one Tim Pool viewer in its ranks) was busted for trying to kidnap a state governor and start a civil war Tim Pool claims he hardly ever talks about civil war. In reality he has discussed it in almost 200 of his most recent ~800 videos.
Tim Pool over the past 4 years: “CIVIL WAR IS MOMENTS AWAY. GET READY, BUY GUNS, RUN FOR THE HILLS”
Tim Pool after the FBI busts a plot to kidnap a governor:
Now that it has been revealed that at least one of the militia members who was arrested for plotting to kidnap Michigan’s governor was a Tim Pool viewer we have to start asking whether Pool has any sort of culpability given his extreme rhetoric towards the governor.
According to our analysis of over 330 videos, Tim Pool uses pro-rightwing biased sources almost 60% of the time with his most commonly used source being the Daily Mail - a source so unreliable and controversial that Wikipedia doesn't allow its use as a reference in articles.
Tim Pool claims the left supports collectivism because they're all ugly and need to band together to survive while the right supports individualism because they're hot.
Reminder: Tim Pool has no expertise in almost anything he talks about and is not a reliable news source. During the entire Chauvin trial he repeatedly completely misstated the law and (to my knowledge) only corrected himself once closing statements began.
Even Tim Pool's cohost is getting worried about Tim's dangerous rhetoric and calls him out for using language that could encourage his audience to engage in violence against the left.
To be clear the indictment wasn’t leaked. It was unsealed.
Tim Pool and Benny Johnson have both used the “leaked” line. It suggests they’re coordinating statements to some degree.
Also watch out Benny’s lawyers are gonna “handle” you if you say something to upset him
The likelihood of Tim Pool getting the law and facts completely wrong in his upcoming meltdown about Elon Musk trying to pull out of the twitter deal is extremely high
Worth pointing out that there are good medical reasons to mandate vaccines in transplant recipients. In some cases their risk of death is many 1000x higher.
Organ supply is limited, therefore tough decisions need to be made in determining eligibility. Transplant patients are at increased risk of contracting covid-19, suffering severe a case, & dying. Vaccination reduces all these risks. But Tim cares more about rage bait than facts.
Additionally across the 330+ videos analysed Tim Pool's top 10 sources include 6 that have a pro-rightwing bias including Breitbart a source judged to be "extreme right" by the independent service we used to determine source bias.
Tim Pool's failed prediction about Trump's election victory isn't the first time he has called political races wrong. He also made several videos suggesting AOC would lose her 2020 primary. She did not.
Tim Pool admits he doesn’t care how many kids die as long as he gets to keep his guns.
Then, in one of his more unhinged moments he compares children dying in school shootings to “harm” done to transgender kids by allowing them to transition.
Earlier Tim Pool released a video claiming the FDA had banned the use of all monoclonal antibodies. Not only is Tim's central premise false but multiple of his own sources make that clear. The video offers a useful case study of his poor and lazy research efforts. 1/?
If you enjoyed the above video you may also like our just published biography of Tim Pool which provides a highly detailed account of his life and career thus far.
Tim Pool has decided to make the Sam Seder and Ethan Klein vs Steven Crowder incident all about himself. He released a 22-minute video on his channel about it but spent most of the time raging at Sam for not going on his show a few months back. Here are some highlights. 1/?
Today, my co-counsel Greg Adler and I filed suit against Fox, Newsmax, Univision, Timcast, Steven Crowder, Owen Shroyer, Simon Ateba, and Hollywood Unlocked for falsely portraying our innocent client as a neo-Nazi mass shooter.
Thread: Change is coming. Today Tim Pool announced that he will be following the Andrew Breitbart's Doctrine which holds that "politics is downstream from culture." As a result, Pool will be adjusting his content to attract a younger audience and instil conservative values.
Despite his claims of being “center left” Tim Pool did not use a single source from an extreme left publication in the 330+ videos analysed however 5% of his sources have an extreme right bias including Breitbart which is his joint 6th most used source.
Across the 330+ videos analysed Tim Pool's 5 most used sources are (from most used to least):
The Daily Mail (96X)
Fox News (36X)
The New York Times (30X)
Andy Ngo Tweets (26X)
The New York Post (24X)
"Center left" Tim Pool says referring to BLM protestors "I want to see the Feds going around all day and grabbing suspects and arresting them - some of these people may not completely guilty." He then calls giving water or food to BLM protestors "overt terrorism."
When Tim Pool does include sources with a pro-left bias he often does so to criticise them for perceived failings or “bias” rarely if ever doing the same with right and extreme right biased sources.
Just hit 5000 followers! Never expected that this would happen so quickly. I can't thank all of you enough. To mark this special occasion I have an answer that I'm sure many of you have been waiting to hear.
Tim Pool has leaked these DM’s he had with Sam Seder. I’m not entirely sure they make the point he thinks they make - especially if Sam didn’t know how far away Tim was when he agreed to come on.
Actions speak louder than beliefs.
Tim Pool has donated over $11k to Republican causes over the past couple years
Endorsed & voted for Trump and Repubs across the board
Stated he will NEVER vote Dem again
Constantly attacks the left
Promotes right wing narratives and people
Following the 2020 election we released a video featuring a series of clips of Tim Pool predicting a landslide victory for Donald Trump. Ever since he's tried to downplay the video insisting he was talking figuratively or about hypotheticals. Unfortunately, we kept the receipts.
I would normally say I’m begging Tim to read another book but given that this isn’t remotely the plot of 1984 I have to say I’m begging him to just read the book.
Three things are certain in life. Death, taxes, and Tim Pool being wrong about literally every prediction he makes - particularly the ones he’s sure about
Today it was announced that Tim Pool has hired Cassandra Fairbanks as an editor for his new news website. He has previously indicated that he wouldn't trust her to fact check articles and suggested he wouldn't hire her because she's "partisan" and he wants "actual journalists."
Yo
@TwitterSupport
why was Dave Rubin Clips suspended?
@ClipsDave
was clearly working within fair use laws and did nothing wrong. We 100% support the account and hope twitter reverses their decision.
@ClipsDave
paved the way for us and will be dearly missed if it stays down.
The depths Tim Pool will sink to are disgusting. The teammates of the kid in the article Tim shared suggest he died of suicide. Meanwhile Pool is using this tragic loss of life to pander to his antivaxx followers (he uses ‘long Covid’ as a code for vaccinated)
Organ supply is limited, therefore tough decisions need to be made in determining eligibility. Transplant patients are at increased risk of contracting covid-19, suffering severe a case, & dying. Vaccination reduces all these risks. But Tim cares more about rage bait than facts.
Yeah instead they get videos of Republicans trying to disrupt or stop vote counting - which unlike crying will meaningfully negatively impact the democratic process. Holy shit Tim, sometimes you need to take a break from the grift. (Also the videos of the crying will be coming).
Tim Pool blames protestors who protested on a closed highway for getting hit by a car and thinks they should be held criminally liable. Just a few days later he claimed that blocking a roadway is a legitimate form of protest which he himself has engaged in.
Reminder that the first time Andy Ngo tweeted about Ahmed Abery after his murder it was in a thread compiling a list of his criminal record/interactions with the law. In his book he accused Arbery of “rushing in and fighting Travis,” while leaving out all the details of the case.
New: Since the 2020 election Tim Pool's views have plummeted 51%. He has now dropped to the second most-watched rightwing Youtuber (after Steven Crowder) but still gets over 40 million views each month across his three main channels.
Tim Pool needs to get out of the prediction game for good. He always misses. Throughout the Chauvin trial, he frequently predicted Chauvin would be acquitted on all or most charges, only changing his mind just before the verdict was delivered.
Given who is currently on Tim Pool’s podcast it shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise that the live chat is the most toxic I have ever seen it. It’s completely filled with neo-nazis.
For months IDW members, right-wing politicians, & lobbying groups have been promoting ivermectin as a cure for Covid. I discovered that the largest study providing evidence for this claim had major issues & last night it got retracted. Here's my story:
Last nights Timcast IRL show was sponsored by the Daily Wire. His claim to be a “moderate left” “disaffected liberal” has been laughable for years but it’s approaching absurdity now.
Earlier Tim Pool released a video claiming the FDA had banned the use of all monoclonal antibodies. Not only is Tim's central premise false but multiple of his own sources make that clear. The video offers a useful case study of his poor and lazy research efforts. 1/?
It's worth noting that Tim Pool admits his reasons for wanting to abolish the police "aren't the same as the anarchist or libertarian reasons." For him, it's because apparently the police defend antifa and are not harsh enough towards "extremist" racial justice protesters.
I’m getting a few comments on this so I want to clarify: I don’t personally consider CNN, The New York Times, or WaPo leftwing however in order to avoid accusations of manipulating the data to suit my own agenda I used an independent database of media bias.
Tim Pool seems to think that online political commentators like himself and Steven Crowder are engaging in serious world-changing conversations and that by allowing "conman" Sam Seder to enter into this sacrosanct realm of debate Ethan Klein has done something truly heinous. 2/?
I don’t mind constructive criticism related to that but I’m a getting a fair few unconstructive comments too. To those people: I spent over 100 hours on this analysis over the last 3 weeks while juggling a full time job & spending time with family. Next time you do the analysis.

I think it’s important to remind people that Andy Ngo deadnames multiple trans people in his book for absolutely no reason. It’s blatant transphobia plain and simple.
Goddammit. Given Tim’s track record this tweet means they’re both going to lose. After all he predicted a 49 state landslide for Trump and suggested AOC and Ilhan Omar would both lose and look how right those predictions were.
Tim Pool fell hard for some fake news about vote counting in Georgia put out by the Trump campaign earlier calling it "one of the biggest stories of the year." The story turned out to be bullshit. Weird how this keeps happening to such a proclaimed "center left journalist."
Tim Pool criticised people for turning the AOC stuff into “drama” and said people getting involved in it “love tribal feuds.” So I guess he decided to make it the title of his podcast tonight and make it his lead story??
Tim Pool also claims that Sam Seder is blacklisted by "a lot of podcast networks" (but claims it's not because they're scared to debate him). He also indicates that Sam is banned from the beanie compound saying Sam is "off the list." 4/?
This screenshot showing Tim Pool's last 18 videos is a perfect example of how he constantly boosts rightwing narratives and framing of stories. Imagine this being your last 18 days of videos and then still claiming you're center left.
Center left Tim Pool currently talking about how he thinks a Ron DeSantis presidency could "save the country" but fears he won’t "go as far as we need him to" if elected as president
In a video from today Tim Pool slams conservatives for accepting the Ahmaud Arbery murder verdict. Pool falsely suggests that the McMichaels didn't chase Arbery - calling people who accurately report this "liars" who are "crapping over Kyle Rittenhouse."
I'm proud to launch the 'Buy a Political Pundit a Dictionary' Christmas campaign. It's clear that Tim Pool doesn't understand the definitions of even very simple words so we're helping fundraise to buy him a dictionary.
In September 2018 Tim Pool claimed he'd never vote for a conservative.
Only 2 years later in October 2020 he's voted for a Republican for president, Senate, & Congress.
In September 2018 Tim Pool got 7.7 million views.
In September 2020 he got 98.5 million.
Makes you think🤔
Tim Pool thought engaging with Mark Bankston without an attorney was a sensible decision?!
This might go worse for him than I thought.
Tim has the money for an attorney but clearly lacked the sense to get one
Jesse Singal’s source almost certainly violated HIPAA and
@Jessesingal
has tweeted/retweeted out the information proving it.
It is important to note that Singal has not violated HIPAA as he is not a "covered entity" under it though I don't think he's behaved hugely ethically
To be a “journalist” on the right you apparently just need to vaguely point at two separate events and throw in a conservative catchphrase. Stunning how lazy this shit is
Tim Pool does not hold back and lays into Sam Seder calling him a "political drama grifter" and a "liar and manipulator" who doesn't address "high-level issues." Tim gets increasingly mad (and seems to have never actually watched a full Majority Report episode). 3/?
@PhillipJosephT1
Yeah he’s got it all the wrong way round. Big Corps are co-opting anti-racism or pro-LGBT stuff and agreeing with those positions because they are relatively popular in society so actually the corp agrees with the teens not the other way round.
On Fox News, Tim Pool claims that Dr Fauci "repeats what he hears on TV, and then people believe him" and that Fauci is "behind the curve" on the data.
