I live in comfort. It's important to remind yourself of that and be grateful. I retired a year and a half ago, and the bills are paid and I have no debt. One if my vehicles is acting up, and I can't afford to get a new one but I can educate myself on the problem and make do. 1/?

Send it by USPS. You won't know where it is or when it will get there even though you have a tracking number. It may never arrive.

I know 2 hemophilia patients who got aids from blood transfusions in the early 2000's. They are both dead now, men younger than me by a decade.
Sure feels like murder.

I have 6 grandchildren and was planning to take them all to Disney some day. They have gone woke and priced themselves out of my price range and we will not be doing that. We are doing Yellowstone this year.
The beetles are killing off my pines. Had to cut 2 more today. This one was almost too big for my saw. I can see a few more with the bore holes in them. I'm going to try spraying the trunks up about 30 foot to save the ones I have left.

I worked with several green card holders from India on a software program roll-out. They were so brilliant I felt kind of dumb. One explanation is that there are so many people there, that they have more 4.0 students than we have total students.

I retired 2 years ago from operations and maintenance. I took pride in being able to fix everything in the yard at any facility I went into. Not the case any more. You are absolutely right about just being inspection now.
@RealJamesWoods
My ancestors on my dad's side were from Sweetwater TN. I went there a few years ago and found a mill where my great great grandmother worked as a maid. Have you ever read about melengin tribes? I probably spelled that wrong. Dad's family has black hair, blue eyes.

I just bought a work table at home depot (happy father's day to me) and they sent a kid out to help me load it. They did right by me.

Maybe he was protecting his privacy because that should be everyone's right. How is forcible exposure of private financial information a win for anyone?

I've bought my last 3 vehicles through a leasing company. No hassle and below retail price. I just tell them what I want and they find it for me.
D&M Leasing in the DFW area.

My adult son bought me a set of the books and was so disappointed that I hated them. There are no "good" characters and good doesn't win. I read LOTR and Hobbit to my kids when they were little. There are truly good people and good wins. He should see the difference.

Lu, I thought you might like this picture. This is my cousin, her daughter, and 2 of her grandchildren at my aunt and uncles grave on memorial day. My aunt and uncle both died in the last 3 years. In the foreground are headstones of my grandparents and (1 of 2)

My oldest son shot himself through 2 fingers with a finish nailer. A guy who worked for me once shot himself in the chest with a finish nailer while putting up trim - an hour or so later he started having chest pain and drove to the hospital - nail in the heart.
@luinalaska
Agree. His advice is to get you out of financial distress. However, no matter how much you have, debt is bad. You become a slave to your debt. Several times I REALLY wanted to leave a job, but had to suck it up and stay because I was in debt and had family to feed.
@TulsiGabbard
If you have a problem with Santos claiming to be Jewish and want him gone, why are you not trying to get Elizabeth Warren out for claiming to be native American for decades? She got scholarships and jobs and her political position based on that lie.
Selective outrage?
@dom_lucre
My mom always voted red because of the issues, my dad always voted blue because he grew up post depression and his family would have starved without government help. I remember them joking about "going to cancel your vote" when they would go vote. Dad votes red now. Mom's passed.

We just keep adding more standard vaccines. It's time to do a "cost benefit " analysis. Could there be interaction or conflicts? Are the known side effects worse than the disease?
Time to re-evaluate.
For the sake of argument, if Texas were to secede, Trump would instantly lose 38 crucial electoral votes and the Republicans would lose 25 House seats, so... good luck, a-holes.

Come to the US and get the care you need. Look into conceriege practice - they charge a monthly fee and see you as often as needed. No health insurance required.
My dog saw a rabbit in the yard last night and now he wants out all the time. He's 14, the rabbit is there all the time, he just didn't see it until last night. I'm thinking of renaming him Elmer Fudd.
