@Dusty42402999 I grow heirloom corn. I can tell you its production is about 33% of modern corn. I have never had the nutrition checked against modern corn. I would assume it is better but in terms of raw tonnage it is way less.

@pbeanVT Paul I'm from the PNW I can tell you this ain't no where near Washington levels of snow. When you get 40" of wet snow in 24 hours then it's western snow loads. I've seen it do this and then turn around and rain on it. Crushes any building that ain't to spec.
