Um. Once they found fraud they made sure they couldn't cover it up. This spending is harmful! How would you sid e with those who neglect our own people while enriching others? And they kept it secret. Yet, if you don't pay that tax money that is spend on rubbish - they can throw you in jail and take your $hit!
