Did he say State Dept was spending half a BILLION $$ to spread Atheism in Nepal? Why? Or was it funding of missionaries in Nepal in name of Atheism? So many Nepalis have complained about the alarming spread of missionary conversion machinery in their country. Is it the job of State Dept to spread Christianity or even promote Atheism?
