@BrivnvTV I’ll look local for sure. Just hoping they carry the bigger skeins of yarn because I use it in bulk for my projects. If they don’t it’ll be probably just as expensive as just ordering online

@BRose_511 Nope, both Michaels and hobby lobby have extremely limited yarn choices. Joann’s is the only place I can actively walk into and find exactly what I need without having to order online.

I’ll be posting my pricing sheet and how it all works so people can view it before signing up for commissions. I am very tired of having people sign up and expect things to be dirt cheap and ghost when I send them the pricing. It’s happened 4 times in the past like week and a half and I’m over it - please do not sign up unless you are a serious inquiry. It’s ok if you can’t afford something, I will always have open doors for people who are honest and just tell me rather than wasting my time by not replying. I won’t get annoyed because trust me, I get it, things are so expensive right now… but I also have to make sure I get paid for all of the supplies AND my time spent working on something…. I already undervalue my work as it is because I want to be able to do work for everyone and try to make it as accessible as possible, but it’s just not realistic for me to spend 6+ hours on something to charge someone $50. That wouldn’t cover the cost of supplies on its own. This is probably the biggest reason I don’t enjoy doing commissions as much anymore, because people like to waste time instead of have conversation. I will be closing my commissions until I finish some more so that I can spend time making things (that I enjoy and want to make) and post them to my Etsy for purchase.
