There are some offices this shouldn’t be allowed like offices that are into financial services and data-driven activities. Reason being integrity could be compromised due to couples in the system. All in all, flexibility should be allowed for workers finding love at the office.🙃
It is said that office an agent of socialization, why then do organizational policies frown at staff marrying each other in the same office! Do you agree that couples should work in same office and that the policy be expunged?
