I don’t understand why @GauravGogoiAsm and @INCIndia are so lenient . Entire Ecosystem is doing nothing but Character Assassination. No action is taken? “Fool @Sanjay_Dixit, What were your @AmitShah and @narendramodi doing for so many months if the ‘Tandav’ was supposed to happen only after President’s Rule? So many were killed, and so many families were ruined. You can write anything, do anything, and call it a ‘Masterstroke.’ Morally corrupt retired IAS, Have some shame.”

He was to get married on 05th April 2025. "To every man upon this earth Death cometh soon or late. And how can man die better?

🚨Real Issues of India🚨 Supreme Court’s Concern: Convicted Persons Returning as Lawmakers Key Issue: •The Supreme Court raised concerns about how convicted persons could return to Parliament and State legislatures after their conviction, questioning the conflict of interest involved when lawmakers found guilty of breaking the law could return to make laws. Observations by the Supreme Court: •Justice Dipankar Datta, heading the Bench, stated, “Once convicted, how can people come back to Parliament and Legislatures? There is an apparent conflict of interest.” Petition: •The court is hearing multiple petitions, including one filed by advocate Ashwini Kumar Upadhyay, which seeks a lifetime ban on convicted persons from contesting elections. 🚨Government’s Stand (2020): •In a 2020 affidavit, the Ministry of Law and Justice rejected the proposal for a lifetime ban on convicted persons from contesting elections or holding party positions. •The government argued that disqualification under Section 8 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, which bars convicted legislators for the period of their sentence and an additional six years after release, was sufficient. •The Ministry reasoned that MPs and MLAs are not bound by specific service conditions and are guided by propriety, good conscience, and the interest of the nation. Conflict of Interest Concern: •The concern is that allowing convicted individuals to return to legislative roles might lead to a conflict of interest, as people who have broken the law could influence the law-making process.
