@ncanarchist @Alimoonflower80 Using today's all-time methodology, applied to the 90s decade, Whitney edges out Janet on both the R&B albums and singles charts in terms of points. There is a 2 million total point difference between them. This includes The Bodyguard which was recategorized as a Whitney album.

The reasons why this ranking isn't the same as the "Decade-End" are mentioned right under the title on the graphic. The Hot Sheet has almost always used Billboard's current all-time methodologies for these rankings, unless something specifically mentions "Decade-End.".

@ncanarchist @Alimoonflower80 Appreciate you trying to explain this, but those stats aren't accurate. The ranking is specific to R&B/Hip-Hop charts, which was not in line with the main Pop charts as it is today. There were unique airplay & retail panels, resulting in very different results compared to Pop.

@swiftiemendess Not to deflate your ballon, but there were a few things that needed to be fixed. Never stop calling out the errors tho - I'm at times sleepless and in dire need of help.
