Did you ever have a customer return the wrong item or a severely damaged item from a FBA sale? Simply open a case with seller support and ask for reimbursement. Provide pictures of the item, lpn label, and outer box shipping label. I’ve won these cases 100% of the time. 4/4 today

Friendly reminder - returning product you purchased to resell hurts all resellers. If you don’t believe that you simply haven’t been in the game long enough. If your business model relies on being able to return product that doesn’t sell it isn’t a very good one.

What a way to close out 2022. Fell just short of our 3M goal on AMZ US. Surpassed 3M in total sales once you add in MX, CA and eBay. 2023 goal = 4M AMZ US sales.

Reason 947 why I love RA…I needed lightbulbs for our master bath so I headed to Lowe’s. Right beside the bulbs I needed were these clearance bulbs. $150 in profit later I’m heading back home. Getting paid to shop for everyday items is a cheat code.

I see some gurus out there talking about merchant fulfilling…best practice is to use and UNBRANDED box for MF. Anything less than that is taking an unnecessary risk. Don’t risk a dropshipping complaint on a branded box.

Below is a sales graph of one of our replens. We buy this at full price, everyday. Full price replens are my favorite because I feel they tank less. The price is stable throughout the year. It is an item you can only get in store. RA can be so good if you put in the work.

We had 100 units of an ASIN and saw it started to sell. AMZ sold out and left us as the only seller on the listing. Good opportunity to change pricing strategies!
