The horrific video, showing the beheading of an Ukrainian soldier is supposed to incite fear in Ukrainians and in people who support Ukraine.
Speaking for myself it only shows that something like "a good Russian" doesn't exist and that normal relations with Russia are impossible.

There are many great Slavic countries like Poland, Czechia, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Bosnia or Montenegro. Russia just isn't amongst them xD
But this only applies to them and Serbia.
